This is because the foods you eat or don’t eat play quite possibly the largest role in your overall health. You need to basically make sure you are hitting your daily calorie intake but that you are hitting this target with healthy foods that contain exactly what your body needs and that you aren’t merely limiting yourself to unhealthy foods that contain what will simply make you less healthy.
